We believe strong partnerships with parents are key to every child’s success and wellbeing. That’s why we make open, consistent communication a natural part of each day.
Through the Famly app, you'll stay closely connected with your child’s nursery experience. You’ll receive real-time updates including:
Photos and videos of your child during play and learning
Notes on meals, naps, and activities
Key observations and milestone tracking
Notifications and records of any medication administered during the day
Whether it’s a first painting, a proud “I did it!” moment, or a quiet cuddle with a favourite book — you’ll feel included in every step of your child’s day.
Alongside digital updates, we value face-to-face connection. Your child’s key person will be available for warm, friendly handovers at both drop-off and pick-up — a chance to share updates, ask questions, and build that trusted bond between home and nursery.

Download the Famly App
You can download the Famly app on both Android and iOS (Apple) devices.
1. Open the Google Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iOS).
2. Search for “Famly”.
3. Download and install the app.
4. Open the app, enter your registered email address, and set a secure password.
If your child’s nursery has registered you on Famly, you will receive an email invitation to join. Simply follow the link in the email to log in.
You can also access Famly via browser at: www.famly.co
All of our nursery policies and procedures are available to view upon request. These include key areas such as safeguarding, health and safety, behaviour management, data protection, and more. We believe in transparency and are happy to provide parents and carers with any information they need to feel confident in our care. Simply speak to a member of the team or contact us directly if you’d like to access or discuss any of our policies.

We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of every child in our care. Our nursery provides a safe, secure, and nurturing environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive.
We believe that safeguarding children in early years settings is everyone's responsibility. All of our qualified nursery staff, parents, and visitors are expected to follow our safeguarding procedures and uphold our high standards of care.
All staff are DBS checked, receive regular child protection and safeguarding training and follow clear procedures for identifying and responding to concerns.
From safer recruitment and background checks to daily risk assessments, we do everything possible to ensure your child's wellbeing.
Our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) is always available to support children, families, and staff.
If you ever have a concern, no matter how small, we encourage you to speak to a member of the team.
